BML
Catering offers many different services, each can be hand
tailored to fit your specific needs.
Cooking Classes
Can easily be done from the comfort of your own home. Want
to actually learn how to cook? One on one instruction for
basic kitchen skills would be perfect. Learn cooking 101 in
just one session or over the course of time. Also, you can
host a small gathering at your home with friends and have us
give a cooking demonstration. Other topics for cooking
classes can include: Semi-homemade, Italian, comfort food,
and cooking with kids.
Drop-off
Catering
Hosting a party but cant or don’t want to do all the
cooking? Not a problem, call us and we can do some or all of
the cooking for you. Upon delivery of the food, we give full
reheating and serving instructions.
Full
Service Catering
Not only do we cook for you but we also set up the dining
room, serve you, AND clean up. All you have to do is sit
back and enjoy a wonderful meal in the comfort of your own
home. Want to have a nice romantic dinner with your loved
one? Maybe it’s your anniversary, special occasion or you
just want a great meal without having to go out, find
parking, wait in line and then be sitting at a small table
with poor lighting and a noisy atmosphere. Why not have a
candlelit dinner in the comfort of your own home – without
having to clean up and do the dishes afterwards.
Private
Events Assistance
This is a GREAT service that BML Catering offers. If you are
planning on hosting a party or gathering at your office or
home (birthday, special dinner, holiday party, family
gathering, etc) have us come and assist you. This type of
service is party assistance to include but not limited too:
planning advice, menu planning, set up before guests arrive,
reheating food, serving guests, making sure there is always
food, ice, plates, etc. Also clean up help after your guests
depart.
This way while once your guests arrive you get to spend time
with them NOT worrying about is there enough hot food,
enough ice, cleaning, etc. This service that BML Catering
offers usually does not entail us cooking the food for the
event. You cook ahead of time and we come and just assist
with the party.
Personal
Chef
Although BML Catering is a catering company we also offer
personal chef services. We can come to your home and prepare
a romantic dinner for two or for a small intimate gathering
of a few couples. All of this can be done in your home and
usually comes with also a personal server. Basically, we are
bringing the restaurant too you!
