do not post prices for a few reasons. We always give
our clients the best price possible with the current
market prices. Due to the constantly changing market
and economy we actually cost out our services based
on the prices at the current time. Therefore you are
truly getting your money’s worth. |

Can your company provide tent, tables, chairs,
linen, china, etc for our wedding or event? |

We
can easily provide these rentals to you through a
rental company that we have a partnership with. We
take the cost and just pass it directly on to you.

Can you provide a tasting menu prior to our event? |
|

We
would be more than happy to set up a tasting menu
for you. Yes, there is a cost associated with this,
but if you book with BML Catering the cost is
deducted from your final bill. |

We
have a budget for our event, can you accommodate us? |
|
|
We
always try our hardest to work with clients when
they have a very specific or set budget. But, also
you need to remember that you get what you pay for!

really like one of the sample menus on your site but
there is one or two things I would like changes, is
that possible? |

The menu’s on our site are merely just a small
sample of past menus that we have done in the past.
We are more than willing to give you an estimate for
one of those menus with or without changes. We feel
that no matter what the event size the food should
be what you want and therefore we are willing to
provide anything within our capabilities. |
